From his military experience in Obstetrics and Gynecology, to his involvement in social work, Darnell has always been in a position to inspire. Fueled by his desire to see others overcome obstacles in order to maximize their potential, he candidly and sincerely delivers sound wisdom and direction through the Word of God. With over 18 years of counseling experience, God uses him to reach into the "inner being" (Psalm 51: 6 AMP) of the individual to unlock the inner secrets of their created purpose.
Continuing in his God ordained mission, Darnell pursued his PhD and expresses the call to formal ministry through Prince of Peace Ministries.
Prince of Peace Ministries officially opened its doors on July 12, 2009, with 17 members. United through the "Power of One," we purchased 10.67 acres of land in our first 10 months of operation. Now, more than 95 members strong, the ministry continues to proclaim the uncompromised gospel of Jesus Christ, while focusing on personal relationship with Jesus Christ.
We believe as one grows in personal relationship with Christ, one grows in victory in Christ. Jesus commanded his disciples to preach the Gospel (Matthew 28: 19-20), and His mandate extends to us as well. Prince of Peace takes the gospel outside the walls through the youth group Powerhouse and our singles' cell group. The True Gospel always brings change in one's life and Prince of Peace strives to walk in that change.
